Canadian crude will end up in USA refineries to be made into American gasoline as it has been done in Detroit, Indiana and Wood River Illinois.

Yes the new Keystone XL Pipeline will be hoked into new Enbridge Pipelines to bring more Canadian heavy crude into Midwest, Marathon Detroit Oil Refinery is getting $2 Billion Dollar remodeling to handle heavy crude as is Whiting IN $4 billion make over. So the new pipeline will bring more to Midwest
